16th February 2006 Windsurfing: Lancing Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: Got the skive off morning work permitted so went to Lancing to meet up with gmac. V windy and raining when left home but then the front cleared leaving sunny weather but still a bit of wind. 2 good runs on the 5.2 all good...then FFS wind died GRRRR :( Hung around for an hour with gmac but it didn't return. More utter crap in another shite winter. Got skunked yesterday as well at Lancing with gmac and BB. Wind keeps on blowing through overnight then dropping in the day. Can't wait for this miserable grey windless winter weather to finish. Bring on spring and then the sea breeze season. |
